My 5 week Reboot programmes have proved really popular. Most people join the Reboot with a main focus on fat loss but they finish the 5 weeks with not only fat and inch loss but :

“Thank you again so much for this, it really has been a very interesting few weeks for me with lots of recipes and ways of eating which I’ll carry forward.  As I’ve mentioned before, I’ve suffered with IBS on and off for many years, and its always been quite unpredictable when it will strike (nightmare for meals out).  I have really found a marked improvement since starting the program, and when I’ve dipped out for work/social events and eaten off plan, the effects have been pretty obvious pretty quickly! So thank you, I plan on repeating the whole thing strictly again in January as a new year detox, but in the meantime will carry on with lots of the recipes and different ways of eating and cooking – in particular the switch to almond milk which I think has been a great change for me.”
