I imagine after 4+ years of studying to become a Nutritional Therapist (or other Wellness guru) you thought you’d just go out into the world and start working with your ideal clients - did you ever think you’d have this much organising to do just to keep your business afloat? All those emails, scheduling appointments, reports to type, functional tests to be ordered and analysed, liaising with GPs and other professionals to be done let alone maintaining your website, blog posts, newsletters and social media! AND you’ve got your own health to think about!
If you simply don’t have enough hours in the day or you don’t have the time or inclination to learn the new technology that will help you, you’ve come to the right place!
When I studied to become a Registered Nutritional Therapist I think I was the only student in my cohort who was more excited about the business set up than working with clients! Alarm bells probably should have rung at that point and maybe I should have set this business up years ago but you live and learn….and the experience of running my own successful NT business has given me the knowledge to help others.
setting you up
If you are newly qualified or have been working with paper forever, I can get you set up with the practice management software you need. I have good experience with Practice Better, Swandoola, Practice Pal and Nutri Admin (and happy to navigate others) and can advise what will work best for you. I can also set up your invoicing, update your website and introduce an online booking system. In one case I transferred 20+ years worth of paper client data into a shiny new online practice management system!
If you are setting up from scratch I can even help you set up your bank account, accounting software, email, CRM system….the list goes on. If you start as you mean to go on with all the logistics and background set up, your business will be a lot more streamlined in the long run meaning more time for clients and therefore more income for you.
My main goal is to make you feel secure in the knowledge that your business admin is tight, leaving you the time to focus on your clients.
clinic coordination
This is where I specialise! Is your clinic starting to grow? Are you offering more than just one service? Maybe you are a Nutritional Therapist and you have decided to set up an integrative clinic with another Nutritional Therapist and a Psychologist or a Counsellor? Or maybe it’s just you but you’re struggling to keep on top of a busy clinic. As your business grows, the admin grows too and I can help you manage it all.
You may also become too busy to reply to client emails regularly or hold their hand when needed. As a Registered Nutritional Therapist myself I have the skills needed to be empathetic and supportive in my approach.
I have knowledge of most of the functional testing companies and can coordinate when tests have been done, sent off and ready for analysis saving you a lot of time chasing both clients and testing companies. And if a test hasn’t been done in time for a consultation, then I can move the consultation so that your time isn’t wasted.
So whether you are a 20 practitioner or a sole practitioner business, my clinic coordination skills will help your business grow.

Not only do I offer the above services but I can do smaller, one off jobs that require less time. These include:

One service I do not offer is social media support. This is a big job and a skill in its own right and deserves a dedicated social media manager.
